Why is my phone not level when it is in the gimbal?
This will happen if you power on the gimbal incorrectly. When you power it on, make sure the roll axis is on the RIGHT side. This will keep it level. Also, you can check to see if you have the counterweight in.
How do I register for my warranty card?
We currently do not have a registry for the warranty. The warranty card is necessary only to send in along with the defective gimbal in order to receive your replacement.
My controls are opposite, is that normal?
Yes, that is standard, the gimbal uses "inverted" controls. The controls are not adjustable.
